Untrained Staff and Management

Good day,

I purchased a few items from your Woodlands store today. Your teller had a horrible attitude firstly. Secondly she stuffed all our stuff in one bag. I wouldn't have mind if I had all wet things and not dry powder but there were dry items. When I told her that she had stuffed all the things in one bag and that the strawberries were lying on the side and the fruit bags were not even closed. All the stuff were just thrown in in a mess. Your teller just looked at me. No apology. I had to repack all my stuff while she ignored me. I asked to speak to the manager to which she didn't bother to speak to the teller. Seems like your manager is afraid of your teller because she just looked at her. I would've gone to your Menlyn branch but when I was there 2 weeks ago most of the fruit was rotten on the shelves and when I queried this your staff was unconcerned.
