unsatisfied service

Saturday afternoon I went into food *****s tokai to buy 3 burgers and chips I went to the food *****s café there where 3 other tables of people seated that where already eating and no one else waiting for my order I waited 45 minutes with no one telling me what was going on after I told and asked the waiter why it is taking so long as I had my son in the car and instead of telling me what was going on they just told me to wait and wait for 45 minutes I approached the manager after getting my meals all she told me was they are having a problem with the chef and that's it I was so disappointed in the service that I got and they where so unprofessional. And I explained that my son is hypoglasimic and he needed to eat
