Unsatisfied Client

Good day, I would like to know why Food *****s Market in N1 Value Centre, refuse to make the Rosemary Ciabatta. On numerous occasions, I spoke to the staff at the bakery and they said they don't make it,even though they advertised it. I see they have changed their lable, since I complained. I even spoke to the assistant manager and was assured that they will be making it. When I got there the Monday, there was nothing. Apparently one has to put in a special order. Thats rediculous!! So I must decide ahead of time when I feel like it. I would just like to know what is the issue of not making the Rosemary Ciabatta?? I'm really tired of complaining at the store.
