Unsatisfied client
Food *****s Westcoast Mall recently upgraded their shop. Thumbs up, cause the shop looks good and neat. Unfortunately their meat downgraded. I bought bulk chicken and bulk pork. All rotten. Unfortunately for working hours I am not able to drive to them before vlosing time during the week. So I disposed the rotten meat I bought from them. I was a regular client but Unfortunately they will never see my face again.

25 Sept 2023, 11:25Thank you Food *****s for excelent customer service. Head office called me in a view hours after my review to hear if Westcoast Mall branch contacted me. 2 days later I receved the call from Westcoast branch. A Very friendly Nollene asked me to visit the shop so that I can be refunded or choose fresh meat without evidence nor slip. Not that I expected anything decided to take them up on the offer and receive good quality fresh meat. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Congratulations. I will go back for my regular monthly shopping to see if they do uphold their quality and will add a review. Good luck.
