Unsafe hygiene !!!!!

Hi, i have been shopping at this FLM Harvest Palace Kemptonpark for a few months now and buy all my meat, fruit and veggies there.. I am shocked to see how there standard went from high to poor in 3 months time. In the last 2 weeks i have encounterd rudeness from your staff, and terrible un hygenic episodes in your store. I have witnessed how at your backery food falls on the floor and how your staff picks it up and packs it on the trays to be sold to the public. This morning i went there to buy my monthy meat supply and was shocked at what i saw. In the middle of the store staff was packing out raw sosaties, chicken and spare ribs with there bare hands, no gloves. Why are you doing this in the middle of the store where any custumer can cough and sneeze there germs all over the meat. All other stores have at least a plastic shield between the customers and there fresh raw meats. I complaint to the store manager that said he we take the matter further. I left my trolley there and went to there True Kitchen restuarant for breakfast. What a shocker, there chefs prepairing your food also bare hands touching my bacon and toast.I once again spoke to the store manager that said they dont use gloves there because it could melt with the heat. I want to know if this manager is aware of the bacteria that is spread by poor hand hygiene to food. He repl**** that they do wash there hands before preparing food. Must i now just assume that after the P** and S***t that they washed there hands. I have sold your store so many times to so many friends but no more. I dont know if you are aware of the health and safety regulations for your store but if not you should get up to date with it. I will advise all future clients to check on these things before buying from this FLM.
