Unprofessional staff at Jabulani mall food *****s

I am disgusted by FOOD *****S JABULANI MALL on harassing my nephew. I sent him there for a few things and he came crying because of what he had experienced. He was forcefully handled at the door by a security just for saying to himself that the sanitizer smelt like spirit. And asked him why his handling his hand hand forcefully and the gaurd replyed by saying what will my nephew do. He took advantage because his a minor. Later at the pay point again he was handled forcefully again by a lady as if he stole something. I am angry in the way these staff have done to him. I plead with you to have these people accountable for what they have done in traumatizing my nephew.
