Unprofessional for a Supervisor

I really do not understand how someone on a senior position can act in such a stupid manner as Aggie. I was at Food *****s aboout an hour ago during my lunch and I ordered a meal from the Food scetion. A lady was assisting me very nicely. I believe that if you are wearing a uniform, then it really does not matter where your designated work area is, you are an employee and an all-rounder. We all are. The lady who was assisting me was commanded in a very rude manner by a certain Aggie lady to stop assisting in this department and go back to her department(which is the side with fruit salads).This pooor lady had to leave my meal half way through to take instruction from her superior.My order was mixed up with other orders, I wasted more time waiting for another order because a supervisor acted like an idiot.This lady was assisting because she saw the need to assist.What is so difficult about putting 6 wings,a roll and chips in a take-away dish?She clearly is well-trained hence she came to assist.There were no customers in her department.I need to understand how a supervisor failed to act professionally and shout as loud as she did for customers to hear.Please give Aggie some training.
