Unprofessional and rude manager Food *****s Somerset West

Good day. I had a very unpleasant experience at Food*****s SOMERSET WEST on 9 August 2020. I went to buy butternut and at the rack it said R9.99. When I got to the counter it was R9.99/kg. I told the cashier that thats not what it said. She called the Fruit and Veg manager, Micheal.(She doesnt know his surname). He came and told me:" Any person in his right..."before completing his sentence he probably saw the shock in my eyes and changed to saying any person would know it is per kg. I then asked him what did he want to say about me. He then got loud and said I mustn't come and put words in his mouth and they must give me the butternut for R9.99 . I told him let me take your picture because you are rude, then he walk away. I can not believe his rudeness and this on women's day! I am actually very much in my right mind and are working and studying for my Masters in public health. I am also not diagnosed with any psychiatric disorders thus are probably in my right mind. He and his department didn't do their job properly and now I am accused for not being in my right mind! After a few weeks a lady working at Food *****s phoned to apologize on behalf of the store. Micheal never apologized. I was told that she doesn't know if he was even reprimanded. I think if I was of a similar complexion as him he would've apologized by now.
