Unhygienic handling of food stuff- Food *****s Market

I bought offal (Sheep Tripe) at Food *****s Market - Westgate Mall in Johannesburg. It was well packaged and labelled, including labelling that showed that it could be home frozen for future use, I got the shock of my life on the day that I decided to prepare it for cooking. The tripe was not washed at all, all the dirt was still there. They just removed it from the sheep after slaughter and placed it in the packaging and placed in the store to sell without cleaning it. All the sand, green stuff and the dung were packed together in the container. How can a reputable outlet like Food *****s be such unhygienic in its handling of foodstuff? It means that I froze the dung inside the tripe for days? Is that hygienic? It also means that they are ********* and cheating customers. When they weigh the tripe on the scale, the dung inside it is also adding weight which I am paying for yet I do not consume the dung. What has become of businesses today really? I trusted food stuff bought from Food *****s Market BUT I wont be buying any form of meat from them again. I threw away the tripe as it was disgusting and unsuitable for human consumption. Highly *********, unhygienic and outright cheating!!!!!
