UNHYGIENIC BEHAVIOUR WITNESSED. WATCH WHAT YOU BUY FROM FOOD *****S LA LUCIA

My family and myself visited the La lucia store on Saturday the 17th of October 2020 at about 16:00pm. I noticed 2 staff members approached the g****s which was on display and opened the sealed g****s, they then pinched a bunch of g****s off then reseal the packaging. They then continued to eat the g****s. I found this totally disgusting as due to the covid regulations this was totally unhygienic. We as customer pay for these items which you so call weigh and price these items according to weight. Apart from the weight of the item, this was being tampered in the full view of customers and is the type of behavior your staff is portraying to the Brand. If this type of behavior that happens in full view of your customers, I can only imagine what happens behind the closed back office doors when you guys prepare pre-cut items for sale. I called your store manager immediately and he took down my details. To date I have not received a courtesy call. By me witnessing this I am convinced your store is not compliant with the Covid regulations of ensuring hygienic behaviour pattern is practiced regularly. I will be looking into taking this matter further.
