Unhigenic and unprofessional assistant.

On visiting the local Food *****s Market on Friday, we went to the Butchery to buy biltong. We stood quite a wile before the attendant, a woman, standing at the other end of the butchery chatting away to a friend, decided to come and assist. Walking around with her one glove, Touching everything!! I asked her to please cut us a fresh piece of biltong. She now took the piece of with the ungloved had and showed to me, on which I rep**** I don't want something she handle without a glove.She gave me attitude and one of the other butchery attendants came to assist her.While pulling faces and giving me attitude she took another piece.When the other assistant asked if she will be ok now,she rolled her eyes, sighed and went on slicing the biltong.1st this is not the first time I complain about the same person doing this. 2nd she is not suppose to walk around with the glove all over 3rd The attitude stinks, she is not capable of working hygienically or act professionally, first standing chatting leaving the customer and then having attitude.As the butchery acts independently I was informed,surely the understand hygiene and professionalism so act accordingly.
