Unhappy with rolls

I have hot dog rolls on the 14th April for my family. Only to find there was a roll that had dark brown things in it and luckily I saw this personally while preparing the rolls for stuffing. We subsequently discarded all the rolls as were not sure if this dirt-like thing was only on one roll or on multiple.

Now the inconvenience of this all is the rolls were to cater for dinner and the kids lunch boxes the following day.

Highly unhygienic and dissapointing.
