Unfair treatment

Had a bad experience and unfair treatment at the Kimberley branch. They refused my 18 month old child to enter the store because he is not wearing a mask. I fully understand that the president said everyone should wear a mask, but how on earth is it possible for a baby to wear one? In the mean time 3 of their staff workers are not wearing masks, 5 minutes later a woman enters the store with a child not wearing a mask. If you wish to apply rules, make sure it counts for everyone!
