****ty service at Food *****s Eatery at The Marc

I went to the Food *****s Eatery with my colleagues. I approached a young lady to request assistance. She rudely responded "It's self service mos." Without even asking how she could assist, I felt dismissed.

She then went on to confront my colleagues by accusing them of being rude, when all we needed was help. When we took it up to the manager, she went on to portray the very same horrible attitude in front of the manager.

It was truly discouraging to hear the silly apology coming out of her mouth. It was disingenuous and mocking. I honestly have never experienced service this disgraceful. She will definitely be the reason why customers settle for horrible food elsewhere instead of gourmet food with a ****ty service. Her name was Tebogo and I will never go there ever again...
