Traumatic experience

<p>15 May 2016, I accompanied my fiance to Food *****s Market (Diepkloof Square). Upon leaving the shop after having paid the security guard at the exit DEMANDED a slip which was with my fiance, in a rude manner. I objected that the goods were mine and I don't like his tone of voice.</p> <p>He immediately grabbed the trolley turning it towards the inside of the shop and man handled me. I felt that that's enough, I demanded a refund and left. A case of common assault has since been opened with the SAPS.</p> <p>I am bringing this matter to light because our dignity and safety as consumers are trampled on, maybe race and</p> <p>geographical location also plays a part.</p>
