Told to pack our meat ourselves! Shocking service

Today we went to food *****s to buy our meat there (hamper no1) for the second month we asked if they will please pack it for 3 people and please way it as well as we suspect that we are not getting the complete wight that we are paying for and we were just refused even the manager was called on just a big NO!!! We were told they will give us bags to do it ourselves so this is what I pay for to do it myself!!!

So how do I know I am getting what I pay for honestly feel done in and it will be the last time we go there and I will make sure to let everyone know the bad service we got from them and how they are actually doing people in Regards this absolutely sh#t service
