Time and fuel wasted

Yesterday I went to the Food*****s market in Springfield because I had to buy something in Umngeni.I wasn't happy with some of their produce so only bought a few items but the service was excellent,the queues were very long nut the staff was smiling and very efficient.I normally buy from the one in Westwood which is closer so I decided to put few hours aside and went to your shop.It was quiet which was a relief for me since I had to get back to continue with my assignment.I was waiting to pay for my purchase when an indian gentleman jumped the queue ,I didn't cause a scene as he only had one item.The cashier(black female next to the supervisors office) didn't say anything.So as soon as another cashier was free,I proceeded to pay(the last black female cashier) but she was scanning fruits of one of your staff members.Wow so unlike Pick n Pay your staff members don't have to stand in the queue?The first cashier was now free so I went to pay at her till she told she can't assist me as she had called another customer and I had initially went to pay at another till,I tried to explain but she wouldn't hear non of of explanation so I left my grocery!!Check your footage between 11:30-11:50
