Thomas cutlery unavailability

THOMAS! Food ***** Market ran a promotion on Thomas cutlery sets and did not meet the terms of agreement with a lot of customers. The promotion stated that if you filled a book full of stickers. You the customer would then receive a large discount on a set of Thomas cutlery. We have been requesting to purchase the cutlery (on the agreed on discount rate) but Food *****s market continues to claim they do not have stock.
