******* on fresh when it isn’t

The other day we bought a so called freshly squeezed orange juice, being a fresh lot as the lady was packing them out . So we believed, on tasting the orange juice which had no cells in , as it was supposed to be fresh there should be ( very odd) it tasted more like liquifruit and was definitely not orange juice . You could taste the preservative in it . I then. Phoned head office and they passed it on to the store ( hillfox) . A Bianca phoned asked what happened and said she’d investigate. She then comes back to me and says that the juice was obviously off and could we please go in and fetch replacement and a voucher for R100 for the inconvenience, not happy with this excuse I phoned head office spoke to customer care and that was it . Not another word from them and I said I was taking it for testing this is a disgusting service offered by a so called fresh produce company. Absolutely disgusted
