We went to food *****s in sunward park and spent a fair amount of money. One of them was granadilla pulp at R15.99 x 2 . On arriving home we checked the bill and found that we were charged R 51.99 x2 that is now **************** and on phoning the store Cecelia said she would check the cctv footage on the till and check the till slip on her side . Our comment was that we were dealing with ******s ( as you will note it referred to all the staff and not a person) . She then phoned back and asked for our banking details as she would do a refund as they had made the mistake. When she phoned back we said again that the people were a bunch of ******s not referring to colour and she said that the manager Dean would post us all over social media for calling them ******s and we rep**** we would post them all over social media for *****ing our money to fund their R50 mill store when we spoke to Dean he called us ****** and that we were no longer welcome in his store as we were ****** and we rep**** we would rather be gang ****d than enter the store. I emailed head office and still have had no response from them . I hope that food *****s go belly up if this is their attitude to their customers and still have not received a refund
