The appleless crumble and the garlic mold

I purchased 4 garlic rolls (the ones wrapped in foil) and 3 Apple Crumbles.

The rolls had mold on them and the crumbles had no apple.

Upon returning the items, a gentleman named Quinton was very rude to us and even accused us of eating all the apple in the crumble.

The situation was saved by a lady named Jermina (thank you for you prompt resolution and for apologising to us- something Quinton FAILED to do.)
