I had an issue with steak I bought and wanted to return it. I expected resistance and a bad attitude, which one becomes accustomed to when complaining. Kitty helped me and exchanged it with a smile and an apology. People like Kitty is an endangered species in the service industry. Hold on to her, she is a star!!!
