Terrible Service Received

I'm so disappointed by the service we received today at your store. The lady at doughnuts bar called "Prudence" gave us a stinking attitude, we first came and ask for assorted doughnuts and she said they are no longer doing them, we came back after 5 minutes of browsing around the shop she was doing them. We asked for assorted ones she said there is only cinnamon flavor. We went on tills and complained, the lady on the till was so kind and went to her. We went to her (Prudence) again, she said we are disgusting and ugly talking to her colleagues who were bashing us with her, she said they must quickly serve us because we are disgusting her.
