Terrible customer service

<p>My girlfriend and my elderly mother of (57) recently went to the Food *****s Market in Tokai. When they were done shopping they went to go and wait in line. When it was their turn to be served they walked up to the till and the lady that was working there told them that they needed to go and fetch a box and pack their items themselves. The lady who was behind the till was laughing and had a massive smile on her face as if it was some joke. All the employees around were also laughing. We tried to contact Food *****s Market directly and they just ignored our complaint. </p>
