Terrible Customer service

I have been to Food *****s SunwardPark around April. On that particular day I bought grilled chicken drumsticks looking very appetising but as they say looks were deceiving. The following day I phoned the Shop and Brandon was the manger that listened to my complain. He said the next time i go to the shop I should ask to see him. I went to the shop on two occasions and Brandon was not available. The next time i manged to see Brandon he treated me like trash. He said he do not remember our conversation and may be I spoke to somebody else. I'm highly disappointed in a way that he thinks black customers are stupid and like demanding free stuff. I have been to the shop so many times , I don't understand why he thought I'm taking chances. Brandon needs to learn to treat customers with dignity and respect.
