Tasteless food

I bought a rib burger and chips from food *****s market in kyalami on main and their food is not up to standard, The is nothing wrong with how it has been prepared I think however the quality of potatoes they use is not up to the standard that one is used to with other food *****s markets. This is not the first time this is happening as a result it has made a lot of people from my company not want to eat at food *****s,the only time they eat there is when they are really desperate. The rib Burger that I bought today tasted like it was nearly off I had to throw it away because one is tired of calling and complaining it makes one look very impossible to complain about the same things every time. The first time food *****s kyalami opened everyone couldn't wait to eat there because of the reputation the brand Food *****s has around the country . With the kind of experience I've had with the branch in kyalami on main I feel that they are bringing the brand down.
