Stoneridge selling rotten food. Also ripping people off at butcher

Stoneridge branch sells sub-standard products - milk went off. Wraps were moldy. Both well within their expiry dates. Also, they are charging for meat packaging - which is *******. They are including the packaging when selling meat (so for example 1 KG mince that you are paying for isn't really 1 KG mince) I raised this complaint before and the manager asked me what he should do about it( this is the only branch that does that) I sent a complaint to Head Office, who promised that someone from the store would be in touch. to date no response.
