*****ing from customers

Weekly i do my shopping for fruit and veg from them. past Thursday, i have purchased a couple of goods including the salad combo, which includes a pineapple for R50.00. only after i left the store on my way home, that i have been charged extra for the pineapple. i made contact with the customer care after i could not get hold of the store and that was about 16:45. Only feedback from customer care is that they will take it up with the store and request them to make contact with me, it is now Monday following week. No response to my original complaint. it seems that we as customers, could be ****** by companies like this and then to complain, been ignored. BUT, should you take something from the store without paying, they the first ones to get SAPS and have you arrested theft. Indirectly they are *****ing from your pocket without you even knowing it. please check your tillslips after paying for goods.
