STAY AWAY FROM FOOD *****S MARKET WATERFALL RIDGE, THERE ARE PICK POCKETS OPERATING IN THE SHOP

If you value your possessions, stay away from this shop! I was pick pocketed and my cellphone was ****** in this shop while doing my groceries. Security, for some reason known only to them, was unable/unwilling to show me video footage of the incident. I was tracking my phone (which was at the shopping centre for a while after being ******) and all I needed from the store was footage of who ****** me. They failed at that, instead their security manager looked at me like a deer in headlights with seemingly no idea of what to do. Promised to call me back (for what good reason, I'm unsure as the phone left the premises during the 30minutes he took to look through 10min of video footage) What if someone's child had been nabbed? Is this the sort of lukewarm response one would expect? Worst of all, the management of the shop knows there's a syndicate operating there since their customers have been targeted there daily yet there's still a lackadaisical attitude to security in that shop.
