STALE AND WRINKLED SWEETCORN

<p>I visited the Malvern store on Saturday, 10th June. Bought a tray of 4 sweetcorn @ R19.99. When I started preparing the corn for steaming I noticed the end had mould, the seed were wrinkled and dry and at certain parts of the corn it was brown and almost on the verge of being rotten. I tried to remove as much of the wrinkled , brown and mould bits. After steaming the corn was extremely dry and even more wrinkled. It was not edible. I did not bother to call the store because I would be told to bring it back, as from previous experience. Why should I have to do that? One, who would pay for my petrol? certainly not the store. Two, it was not my fault, the store is at blame here for selling this item when they were aware of the poor quality. I would like my money refunded or a fresh tray of sweetcorn delivered to my home. </p>
