Staff theft from handbag

I had my phone ****** out of my handbag yesterday in your Tokai Store. Asked to see the video footage and lo and behold one of your staff members approaches my trolley with the handbag hanging on it and stops for a few seconds. After that she walks off to the fridge and appears to "pack the stock". Wow. Unfortunately she is so quick and clearly adept at *****ing phones that it is so hard to conclusively say that she did. In my heart of hearts, she is guilty but it can't be proven. After confronting her today she denied taking my phone and when asked why she went to stand right next to the trolley and stopped, the answer was "I don't know". Wow again. So, customers need not fear other customers but rather your staff. Unfortunately the labour laws protect the guilty and do not favour the innocent.
