Staff rude to customers at food *****s

I couldnt believe what i experienced at food *****s Norwood today. Two of the staff were arguing in front of customers which makes you just want to leave the shop. And what was worse was at the till. The cashier was so unecessarily rude to me! Firstly she didnt greet and basically ignored me. Left me pack without helping. Then she has this horrible tone with me. I cant believe staff treat customers like this.
