Spoilt meat

I am disappointed with Food *****s in Stoneridge, yesterday I did my grocery there, which included an oxtail. This afternoon when I wanted to cook it it smelt extremely BAD , don't know if maybe it has been on their fridge for too long or what but it was spoilt. I thought maybe I'm wrong, there I was preparing to cook it, I put it inside the slow cooker, when my daughter got back from school, the first thing she said was "What's that horrible smell" so I basically threw away my money. I am more than the word disappointed and I'd like to be reimbursed for the costs involved.
