Spoiled Food and Spoiled Service

I have always loved buying schwarma from food *****s problem was trying something different on the third week of February when i bought a mouth watering salad from food *****s,ate a s**** and it was spoiled,i took it back and asked for the manager(Jason) and gave me a spoiled attitude and later threatened to call the security...Escalated the matter to the head office and promised to give me feedback within 24 hours and I patiently waited till today...I am so dissapointed in the kind of service food *****s provide along with its mother body.
