Spoiled Food and poor service

Worst service i got at Food *****s Market.i bought two pieces of chicken only to find that the meat is off. Went back to the store to complain about the food i was asked whether i want a refund or another plate of food nothing else. The floor manager Clinton did not even try to say apologize or comfort me as a client. When i good back to work i called the store and spoke to a lady by the name of Suzzi who just told me what else did i want .when she heard that am serious about the matter she told me that she will sent me a survey.

it appears that management does not care about heath. Imagine if i have food poisoning and the other customers are also sick
