Spoiled chicken

Yesterday i went to FLM in Jabulani mall to buy chicken, i bought a full roasted chicken but was very disappointed when i got home as the chicken was off, it had a funny smell and was very slippery in the hand. Why would you serve your customers old food FLM? Dont you also do qaulity checks on your food ti ensure that you are selling fresh food? I need a refund as the chicken that was meant to be for dinner ended up in the bin
