Spoiled and vrot food and no response from store after complaint

Bought stuuf at Willowbridge food *****s market on the 8th of January 2019. Expiry date the 10th of January 2019 Open packet to cook and EVERYTHING at the bottom was "vrot" so had to throw away the entire packet of veg.

Sent e mail to store. No response :-( Should know better than to shop at ANY Food *****'s Market. Always a problem with the food.

Pathetic that they do not even bother to respond.
