Sour Blackberries

I bought a packet of frozen Pennylane blackberries. They were sour. There were no fresh blackberries in the shop.

Well, I contacted the manufacturer in Port Elizabeth (this was more than a week ago) and I returned the product to your shop for a refund. Other than refunding me, nobody seems interested in fixing the problem though. The manufacturer said they would contact me. They did not. The manager of Food *****s cared even less and was more concerned about how he was going to get his money back from the manufacturer than he was in finding some quality blackberries. Nothing was said about fixing any issues whatsoever. It's not the kind of shopping experience I expect.
