Sold Rotten Food...Very Disappointed

<p>Good day</p> <p>I am writing to you hoping that my email will be received in good faith and under the principles guided by the Consumer Protection Act, recourse should apply.</p> <p>My wife and I are disappointed that the food we have purchased from the Food *****'s Market has proven to be of poor quality in two occasions.</p> <p>On the 27 July 2016, my wife purchased goods worth R792.29 from the Cradlestone Mall Food *****'s Market store (receipt available). It's sad to say that the that a pattern has emerged that your fruit and vegetables sold in combo's are of sub-standard. <br />The apples and strawberries (see picture attached of the strawberries) were off on the 29 July 2016, even though we stored them in our fridge for two daysp.</p> <p>We thought we may have overreacted or had a stroke of bad luck and went to purchase more food from Food *****'s Market at Cradlestone Mall again (receipt available). As I opened the "freshly" squeezed carrot juice it started foaming as if it had CO2 as used in soft drinks. When I tasted the juice it was off and sour. I was puzzled when I looked juices best before date, as to why it was in the fridge if it's going off today? Clearly there are more customers who bought the same juice and had a rotten tastes in their mouths today.</p> <p>Given the fact that my wife and I endeavour to eat healthy and the closest Food *****s Market to us sells sub-standard food. We emplore you and the store's management to improve the quality management processes of the store.
