Smelly Coconut Oil

I bought coconut oil which is smelling not so fresh oil at Food *****s New Market. I called customer care and they called me back. I was told the shop will call. The shop didn't call. I called again and l was told l told you they were investigating (which l was never told. I was told the store will call). I called again and there was no response. Now lm sitting here with this smelly oil.
