Slipped and fell at Sunningdale/Parklands FLM

I went to buy some table queens at Sunningdale/Parklands FLM this morning. As I passed the watermelon display at the front of the store, I slipped on a big wet patch and fell hard. I wouldn’t have walked that way but the alternate route was blocked by a row of trolleys that should be outside the store. There was no yellow sign indicating that there was water/muck on the floor. A cleaner quickly went a got a sign to put up. I asked to speak to the manager but he/she never arrived. You can look at your video footage at around 10:35.
