Silit **** campaign

Food *****s Market has done it again!! Get people to spend thousands of rands to buy from them instead of other retailers in order to get the stamps that enable a person to buy Silit pans. For weeks Port Elizabeth has not had stock of pans like the 28cm deep fry, or the pancake for instance. All the while when enquiring, you get told the stock in coming in. Well, now that the campaign is coming to an end, you are just told there is no stock and that is the end of the story. I asked which branches has stock of e.g. 28cm? I am told stock was moved around and they don't know. Cant get stock from another branch either. So no effort to keep a customer happy. It will be interesting to ask on a few groups how many customers have experienced the same. I saw people complaining on FLM fb page. How many hundreds of thousands did people spend and end up being turned away. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FOOD *****S MARKET. ONCE AGAIN! Why don't FLM put up HUGE notices when there are no more stock available so that the customers can see and stop buying thinking they will get some of the pans????
