Shortchanged by a burger

I am giving them a one-star rating this time because their personnel only gave us seven burgers instead of the requested eight which we actually paid for. Generally, I would give them a four-star rating, as they have gotten vastly better than they used to be but they are still not a five-star because the quality is still not at a Woolworths level.
