Shocking Service!!!

I went to Food *****s market at Diepkloof square yesterday evening. I realized that the entrance door had already been shut so I approached the security guard on the other side to find out if I could use the exit as it was 10 minutes before closing time. The guard rudely responded and said they have already closed therefore I cannot enter. I showed him the time on my phone that it was 19:50 and I only need to get one item and wont take time. The guard told me that I will not enter the premises because he says so and is not bothered what time it is. He literally manhandled me as I was about two steps in the store and pushed me out. I asked for his name several times and he literally ignored me.

This is not the first time I experience such shocking service from this store. The last time I was there, one of the staff members was literally following me around the store telling me to "finish up" because they wanted to cash up. Its pretty clear that such service (or lack thereof) is a standard at this store.
