Shocking Marketing Campaign

Like many people on this site, I also feel conned by FLM marketing promotion on cutlery - Lifestyle Centre, Centurion. I have 3 full cards and for 4 weeks now have been fobbed off with "no stock" "on order" "we will contact you" -- all false and ignored. I wanted the 4 piece cutlery set (x3) as a Christmas gift. Another FLM con job. (and for the automatic response "please head to our web site" blha blha blha - I have done but not expecting much from there!
