SHOCKING BREAKFAST

We as a family arrived at the Stoneridge food loves at 8.30am to do have breakfast and some shopping on Saturday the 26th November 2015, after finding out the breakfast buffet only starts at 9am we completed our shopping and sat down around 9.20. They were no where near ready to start serving, and buffet items started trickeling out of the kitchen every so often, the manager was shouting at staff right in front of customers( my young son asked why the white guy was shouting at the black people?) and the entire breakfast experience was terrible. by 10am I had no eggs ( as no one was available to cook them) no toast ( no power cord to plug it in) and no pastries - shocking!!!<br> <br> I noticed many customers complaining and getting up and walking out, I myself had to go find a waitron and ask for my bill. then after 15min , I went to find the credit card machine and then a waiter and pay my bill and left. We were so disappointed and felt ********** paying full price and only getting some of the buffet.<br> <br> I noticed and understand that Food Loves were renovating a part of the restaurant, BUT if you cant supply or serve your items correctly, don't offer it at all or reduce the price!!!
