Security issues

As if it is not enough that the quality and service has deteriorated I was lucky enough to be greeted by three security guards at the door today. After struggling to get the fresh veg I'm used to get here (only rotten baby corn and chillies) and having a challenge of getting around merchandiser trolleys, I noticed that we were followed by a female security guard. When I got to the pay point I had to go through the process of asking for prices as some Items were not marked. I was overcharged on the sunflower oil and had to wait for it to be corrected. When I got to the door there were 3 security guards wanting to check my parcels and the baby stroller with my 14 month toddler in. Disregarding all the covid 19 protocols and not maintaining social distancing. I have absolutely no problem with any security wanting to check my parcels as I have nothing to hide. Thank you Food *****s Westgate for letting me and my family feel unwanted.
