Scales rigged

Purchased a lamb pack from the above branch and upon unpacking we discovered that the quantity reflected on the label was grossly more than what we received. We drove back to the shop but it was closed. I then took a picture of the pack and the weight. On my next visit I spoke with the manager and showed him the picture. He asked that I sms the picture to him which I did. He then said that he did not receive the sms and asked me to whatsap the same to him so that he could follow up with his butcher. I received a voice message from the Butcher who admitted that their scale were wrong and that I should bring back the meat for him to repack!! It does concern me that their scales are meant to be certified and I cannot understand how this sort of mistake can happen. I also previously ordered Mutton knuckles from the butcher at foods *****s and when he packed the same for me he charged me the same price for the mutton as lamb. Food *****s were running a mutton promotion which was approximately R10 cheaper than lamb. When I questioned the butcher, his answer was that he charges the same for the knuckle as lamb knuckle because he can. I would not be shopping at that butcher again!!
