Sarah, a shrewd disrespectful employee - face of food *****s market crescent

Today, Food *****s Market Crescent had their famous 10 Buck Tuesday. As expected the store was gridlocked making it difficult for people to move. I was done with my shopping and waiting in the queue to pay. An employee of the store by the name of Sarah who works at the bakery pushed along a stack of crates with rolls. There was no way I could move anymore as if I did I would have hurt the gentleman infront of me with my trolley. Sarah however did not bother who she hurt. She pushed the crate continously against my bag resulting in the bag getting damaged. I don't understand how an employee can be so oblivious to the crowd and a customer and look at me like this was acceptable. She walked away to pack her merchandise and whilst in the queue I noticed the small tear on my bag. I confronted her but all she did was be arrogant and rude about it. She just screamed and called for Nkosi. When Nkosi came to speak to me, he just apologised. Is this the manner that these employees conduct themselves? She went in the back of the bakery to tell her colleagues so they could laugh. I am truly disgusted with her behaviour.
