Salty food

Good day .I receive a call from the Food *****s market manager in regards with my complain about the chicken.i was told to produce proof of purchase for the medication i bought for my Husband .Of which i don't have cos i was having stress that my husband is dying and i have to keep the slip for the medication.i really think its not fair and the manager was not even polite when he was taking to me.i told him that i will give feedback to hello peter that they don't care about the customer .I am so sad .im hurt that this is what they do to customers.
